PLease help find Capt. Jack

Lost Cats / Posted 6 years ago

He is approximately 8 lbs, all black with white whiskers and yellow eyes. His tail was broken, right ear tipped, left ear torn. Capt. Jack’s demeanor is passive/reserved, not overtly friendly but not threatening. He has a heart of gold and I deeply love and miss him, even though he doesn’t look like someone’s pet. He is very much so. Please, please if seen, call him by name and just show him in where it’s safe, warm and dry until I can pick him up.

  • Listing ID: 31578
  • Your Cat's Name: Capt. Jack
  • Sex: Male
  • Age: adult
  • Weight: 8 lbs
  • Breed: shorthair
  • Color(s): black with white whiskers
  • Eye Color: yellow
  • Other Distinguishing Features or Notes: His tail was broken, right ear tipped, left ear torn. I rescued him from a bad area. (I originally took him to animal control where I thought they microchipped him but failed to.) Capt. Jack's demeanor is passive/reserved, not overtly friendly but not threatening. He might be frightened out of his mind from this ordeal now though, and I doubt he'd have any strength to fight or struggle much at all at this date (Dec. 24). When he got lost he was thin, weak, apprehensive (doesn't know the area or even outside this house). He has a heart of gold and I deeply love and miss him, even though he doesn't look like someone's pet. He is very much so. Please, please if seen, call him by name and just show him in where it's safe, warm and dry until I can pick him up. If you want to feed him see if you can give him some good canned cat food and water. He won't be any trouble I promise, thanks to everyone.
